Do you tend to immerse yourself in work while other areas of your life seem to suffer?

Are you struggling with imposter syndrome?

Has the work-life balance become overwhelming?

Do you struggle to protect your time, energy, and personal life?

Do you feel stuck in the same patterns in relationships?

Have you found yourself staying constantly busy to avoid certain aspects of life or to avoid the past?

Are you struggling to move on from a life changing event or from previous life experiences?

Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

"Very few psychological problems are the result of defects in understanding; most originate in pressures from deeper regions in the brain that drive our perception and attention."
