About Jessica Bright
Jessica Bright is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Board Certified Counselor (NCC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist (ICST), Safe and Sound Protocol certified, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200). She earned her Educational Specialist and Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at Tyler. Jessica utilizes an integrative approach that is specialized to each client. She is trained in Brainspotting, Gottman Levels 1 and 2, Synergetic Play Therapy, mindfulness, and sandtray. She has presented at state and national conferences on a variety of topics. Jessica serves as adjunct faculty for Jacksonville State University. She has served on the board for the Alabama Association for Play Therapy.
Grace Bright (Therapy Dog In-Training)
Grace is a two year old Goldendoodle. She has completed puppy obedience 1 and 2, beginner obedience, impulse control, and therapy dog training classes.
